Our Policy

Check In
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist/laser tech/esthetician to be on time for his/her next client. Depending on the length of your treatment, a late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment or a shortened treatment.

Cancellations/ No-Show Policy
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of the full amount of the service or will forfeit a treatment from your package.

Children
We ask that you do not bring young children with you to your appointment. Children are not allowed in the back rooms during treatments and will be left unattended during your session.

Massage Policy
In order for Sonterra Laser Med Spa to offer great services at reasonable prices, we require pre-payment for your massage and at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, changes, or modifications. Please call (210) 545-3327 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your pre-payment for your massage.

About the Doctor

Medical Director and Physician of Sonterra Laser Med Spa, Sanjiv R. Kumar M.D., is an Honors Graduate of John Hopkins University. He earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Kumar has published numerous articles and publications on specialized procedures and treatments. Dr. Kumar offers the opportunity for all to look and feel their best with the latest state of the art technology in the area of aesthetics.
