We accept major credit cards, cash, and Care Credit. We do not accept checks.
We ask that for the safety of your child that you not bring them to any appointments, as we cannot accommodate unsupervised children in the lobby and/or treatment rooms. We are also unable to provide adequate safety for children in the treatment rooms. If your child is with you, your appointment will be rescheduled for another time.
By arriving at your scheduled appointment time, we are able to keep your waiting time to a minimum. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to an appointment with us, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another time. Should you find it necessary to reschedule or change your appointment, or simply cannot keep your appointment, please notify our office within 24 hours of the original appointment to avoid a $25 fee. Any appointment missed without our staff receiving notification may result in a $25 fee.
All patients must receive a consultation prior to receiving treatments. This includes aesthetic and injection services. For safety reasons, if you are receiving any laser service, it is very important that your sun exposure is limited both prior to and after your appointment. Failure to limit your sun exposure may result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled. You must be pre-shaven prior to receiving any laser hair removal treatment, or your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Prior to any eyelash tinting treatments, contact lenses must be removed, or your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
